The Samsung Galaxy S4 zoom is a rework of the Galaxy Camera from last year, and it’s based on theGalaxy S4 mini, rather than the Galaxy S III. While shooting photos may be one of the primary goals of the S4 zoom, the device is a proper smartphone.
Samsung announced that it has started mass production of 3GB RAM chips for mobile phones, aftertesting in late April. The chips are based on the LPDDR3 standard and are built on a 20nm process. The new chips offer better overall performance for future smartphones – potentially coming to the Galaxy Note III first
Samsung’s TouchWiz is loaded with ridiculous amounts of features (especially on the Galaxy S4), it took even us quite a while to find them all. Samsung has covered almost all kinds of existing tablet screen sizes, but it looks like the South Koreans are planning to take its tablets another step further. According to the popular tipster evleaks, Samsung is working on a 12.2-inch tablet with the model number “SM-P900″.
The Snapdragon 600-powered Samsung Galaxy Note II that leaked some days ago is the real deal. The sped-up version was just announced by China Mobile, the largest carrier in China. The device is designated N7108D.
